13 with negative marks, 14 with zero also qualify

An analysis of the detailed results of NEET PG 2023 shows the zero percentile cut-off means 14 candidates who scored zero marks in the exam and 13 who scored negative marks will also qualify with the lowest getting minus 40 out of 800.
