16-year-old girl gang-raped, filmed and blackmailed to pay money in Bhubaneswar

In Bhubaneswar, four men and a minor girl allegedly gang-raped a 16-year-old girl and recorded the incident. The minor girl later extorted money from the victim and her mother, threatening to release the video. Police have arrested the men and detained the minor girl.
