20 killed, over 100 hurt as two trains collide in Bangladesh

At least 20 people are feared dead and over 100 injured after two trains collided in Bangladesh.Officials fear that the toll could rise further with a significant number of people sustaining injuries.According to AFP, the crash took place in the eastern city of Bhairab when a freight train smashed into a passenger train travelling in the opposite direction.The collision caused two passenger carriages to derail, officials said. “We have recovered 15 bodies, many are injured,” Sadiqur Rahman, a government administrator in Bhairab told AFP.
