2016 Pathankot attack handler shot dead in Pakistan mosque

Latif, chief handler of the fidayeen squad that attacked the Pathankot airbase in 2016, was on Tuesday gunned down by unidentified assailants inside a mosque in Sialkot, Pakistan. According to local press, Latif was shot by point blank range by shooters who were aware of the local topography. In a pre-dawn attack on January 2, 2016, a group of heavily armed Pakistani terrorists belonging to JeM outfit, struck at the IAF base in Pathankot.
