7 held for planting IED under Punjab sub-inspector’s car

With the arrest of seven persons, including a man who had planted an improvised explosive device (IED) beneath a sub-inspector’s car in Amritsar and one Punjab police constable, police claimed to have solved another case of terrorist-gangster nexus working to disturb peace in the border state.
