9 injured in stampede at Mumbai’s Bandra railway station

Nine passengers were injured in a stampede at Bandra Terminus early this morning due to overcrowding on Platform No. 1 while awaiting the Bandra-Gorakhpur Express. The incident occurred at 2:55 a.m. with two passengers in critical condition. Authorities are probing the circumstances as passengers reportedly attempted to board moving general class coaches.
