9-year-old raped & killed, labourer next door who often gave her treats arrested

A 9-year-old girl in Bhiwandi was sexually assaulted and murdered by a 45-year-old labourer living in the same building. The suspect, who had been giving the child treats, lured her to his home before committing the crime. Police investigation led to the arrest of the accused who has been living in the area for years.
