BMW hit-and-run: Mihir Shah, 2 pals had 12 large whisky pegs before crash

Mihir Shah, 24, and friends consumed 12 whiskey pegs at Vice-Global Tapas Bar (Don Giovanni). Shah’s BMW hit Kaveri Nakhwa’s bike at 5am Sunday. The bar’s license was suspended due to excise irregularities, selling in non-permitted areas, and underage serving, following the May Porsche accident in Pune.
