IAS officer Puja Khedkar’s gun-toting mother detained by police

Manorama Khedkar, mother of IAS officer Puja Khedkar, was detained by Pune Police after a video showed her with a gun in a heated argument over a land dispute in Dhadwali village, Pune’s Mulshi tehsil. She faces charges under the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita and Arms Act. An FIR named her and her husband Dilip. IAS officer Puja Khedkar faced issues over her disability and OBC certificates during IAS clearance and unauthorized demands. Her District Training Program is on hold, and she was transferred to Washim. Summoned by the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy for necessary action.
