Aviation minister asks airlines to assist passengers amid flight delays

​Hours into the Microsoft crisis on Friday, Information technology minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said the department is in touch with Microsoft and its associates. The reason for this outage has been identified and updates have been released to resolve the issue, the minister said adding that CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team) was issuing a technical advisory.
