Dating app Grindr is blocked in Paris due to ‘these risks’

At the 2024 Paris Olympics, Grindr has disabled its geolocation and profile features within the Olympic Village to protect LGBTQ+ athletes’ privacy and safety. This measure aims to prevent possible outing and harassment, extending similar precautions from past Olympics.
