Coaching centre deaths: Court rejects bail plea of co-owners

A Delhi court disposed of the bail plea for four co-owners of a coaching centre’s basement where three civil services aspirants drowned last month. The case was transferred to the CBI for investigation. The co-owners were given the liberty to file a fresh bail plea before the appropriate CBI court.
