Zomato has solution for one of the biggest problem of cash on delivery orders

Zomato introduced a feature enabling customers paying cash for deliveries to have their balance added instantly to the Zomato Money account, usable for future orders. This move, inspired by BigBasket and developed by Zomato’s delivery partners, aims to simplify cash transactions. CEO Deepinder Goyal credited BigBasket for the idea and acknowledged the team’s efforts.
