BJP MLAs create ruckus in Himachal Pradesh assembly, stage walkout

The budget session of the Himachal Pradesh assembly started on a stormy note with the opposition BJP trying to corner the chief minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu-led Congress government on the issue of stopping the instalment of MLA area development fund.
