9 out of 10 women agree generative AI is crucial for career growth, claims report

The report by Nasscom and BCG reveals that women constitute only only 4-8% in executive roles in India’s tech workforce. 90% of women see GenAI as crucial for career growth, however, they lack the readiness to use these tools as only 35% feel prepared/equipped to use the technology.
