Major roads like Outer Ring Road, Hosur Road, and Bannerghatta Road were heavily inundated. Deputy CM DK Shivakumar inspected the affected spots. MP Tejasvi Surya criticised the lack of a robust municipal framework, causing persistent urban issues.
