Recruitment agencies must ignore certificate issuance date in hiring: HC

The Punjab and Haryana high court has made it clear to all the recruitment agencies of Punjab, Haryana and Union Territory (UT), Chandigarh that in the cases where the date or year of passing of the examination is mentioned, the date of issuance of certificate or degree should be totally ignored.
