Rajkummar Rao shares heartfelt memory of buying ‘desi ghee’ with his first Rs 300 salary

Shraddha shared that her first paycheck, amounting to $40 from a coffee shop job in America, was spent entirely on food. Her parents had sent her abroad with limited pocket money, so she earned extra cash to manage her expenses. Rajkummar, meanwhile, recalled his emotional experience of earning Rs 300 as a dance teacher for a 7-year-old. He used his first salary to buy groceries and splurged on desi ghee, a rare treat for his family. Rajkummar’s recent films include Srikanth and Mr and Mrs Mahi, while Shraddha was last seen in Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar with Ranbir Kapoor.
