SC moots moving Stalin’s ‘Sanatana Dharma’ row cases out of TN

The Supreme Court ordered the transfer of cases against Tamil Nadu minister Udhayanidhi Stalin over his ‘Sanatana Dharma’ remarks out of the state. He was exempted from appearing personally in court. The move addressed requests to consolidate cases filed in various states, after the apex court criticized Stalin’s misuse of his freedom of expression.
