Election Commission, Home ministry discuss forces for J&K polls

The Election Commission reached an agreement with the home secretary on the deployment of forces for assembly polls in J&K. The schedule will be announced after the publication of revised electoral rolls on Aug 20. Polling is expected to be spread over 4-5 phases, with high central force deployment for security.
