Bangladesh is a clear reminder of how precious liberty is for us: CJI Chandrachud

Chief Justice of India, DY Chandrachud, stressed the significance of liberty during India’s 78th Independence Day event. He underscored the country’s choice for freedom in 1950 and the current situation in Bangladesh as a reminder of its value. Chandrachud also honoured freedom fighters and highlighted the judiciary’s role in addressing the struggles of ordinary Indians.
