Manchester United beat Fulham in Premier League opener

Joshua Zirkzee debuted for Manchester United, scoring the only goal in a 1-0 win over Fulham. Zirkzee, recently signed from Bologna, headed Alejandro Garnacho’s cross in the 87th minute. Manager Erik ten Hag noted the team needs improvement but was pleased with the win, which followed a challenging last season.
