Google is shutting this program 7 years after launch: Read email

Google announced the termination of its Play Security Reward Program from December 31. Established in 2017, the program incentivized security researchers to identify vulnerabilities in Android apps. Due to a decline in actionable reports, Google decided to wind it down. All reports submitted before August 31 will be reviewed and addressed before the program’s official discontinuation on September 30.
