7 more killed in landslide, death toll rose to 17 in Tripura flood

In South Tripura’s Gardang panchayat, a landslide caused by heavy rain resulted in seven deaths, including a child. The landslide buried the house of two tribal families early in the morning. Six bodies have been found while authorities are looking for the last. Multiple family members are injured and receiving medical treatment.
