Teen dies on waterlogged city street; two electrocuted

On Friday, a 15-year-old boy named Sourabh drowned after heavy rains caused waterlogging in central Delhi’s Chanakyapuri. Conflicting reports suggest he either drowned or was hit by a car. Despite attempts to save him after friends raised an alarm, he was pronounced dead at the hospital. Authorities are investigating the incident.
