USPC aspirants death in Delhi: Bail denied for building owners; court points finger at MCD

A New Delhi court denied bail to the four co-owners of a basement where three UPSC aspirants died due to flooding. The court noted that Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) officials’ inaction also contributed. The incident was linked to illegal use of the basement.
