Neighbour rapes 4-yr-old girl in Delhi, locals set his shack ablaze

A 22-year-old man from Shahbad Dairy was arrested for allegedly raping a four-year-old girl from his neighbourhood. The incident occurred on August 21, when the accused lured the victim with a toffee. Locals, in anger, set his shack on fire. Police have registered a case and an investigation is ongoing.
