CBI raids RG Kar Medical College ex-principal Sandip Ghosh’s residence, 14 other locations in ‘financial irregularity’ probe

The CBI launched a search operation at the residence of former RG Kar Medical College principal Sandip Ghosh for alleged financial irregularities during his tenure. The agency also searched 14 other locations in New Delhi following the alleged rape and murder of a postgraduate doctor. The investigation was directed by the Calcutta high court.
