Theni police arrest online scammer in Delhi

Theni district police apprehended a 34-year-old man from Bihar in Delhi over an online fraud case. The scam involved a local resident, Arulprakash, who lost Rs 17.7 lakhs after being duped into believing he won a prize via an e-commerce site. Further investigation led to the discovery of call centers in Delhi involved in similar frauds.
