Intermodal bus station project to make headway after a lull in Tirupati

The long-delayed Intermodal Bus Station project in Tirupati is finally set to proceed. Redesigning from 15 to 11 floors addressed municipal concerns. Spanning 13 acres, the new facility will integrate multiple transit modes, offering a passenger terminal, parking, and more. The project aims to tackle the overcrowding at the current station, serving 1,70,000 passengers daily.
