Tellapur thrives, but public transport takes a backseat

Despite Tellapur’s rapid growth, its residents faced inadequate public transportation. Although a city bus service launched by TSRTC in Dec 2023 from the central bus station to Kollur via Tellapur, it was discontinued in May. Multiple representations to the transport minister have gone unnoticed, highlighting the need for new routes and increased frequency.
