Tripura floods: CM Manik Saha vows to build house for flood victim’s kin; death toll reaches 28

In Tripura, two individuals drowned as floodwaters receded in Sepahijala and Gomati districts, raising the death toll to 28. Chief Minister Manik Saha consoled Chiranjit Dey’s family after he drowned saving a mother and child. Bhowmik, a Class IX student and Sarkar, a Class XI student, also lost their lives in separate incidents.
