In new project, Goa police to use tech, social media to manage road traffic

Goa police have inaugurated a traffic control centre in Panaji to manage traffic using Google Maps and social media. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant noted the centre’s capability for real-time traffic monitoring and incident response, aiming to improve road safety and manage congestion across the state effectively.
