Shivaji statue collapse: Murder bid FIR against 2

An artist from Kalyan and a structural contractor from Kolhapur face charges of attempt to murder and culpable homicide due to the collapse of a 35-ft Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj statue at Rajkot fort. The statue, inaugurated by PM Modi, fell on Monday, sparking a probe into poor construction quality involving rusted nuts and bolts.
