Girls in social welfare hostel bitten by mice

In Srikakulam district, five female students of Dr. BR Ambedkar Social Welfare Residential Gurukul College were bitten by rats while sleeping in their hostel. The students were treated in a community health center and vaccinated. Authorities are now taking measures to address the issue and ensure better sanitation and rodent control in the facility.
