Rahul writes to UP CM, seeks arrest of main accused in Dalit man’s killing

Rahul Gandhi has requested Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to expedite the arrest of Vishal Singh, the main accused in the murder of a 22-year-old Dalit man in Rae Bareli. Despite six out of the seven named suspects being detained, the prime accused remains at large, instilling fear among the local Dalit community.
