Olympian Jyothi Yarraji honoured by INS Satvahana

INS Satvahana of the Eastern Naval Command honored Jyothi Yarraji for becoming India’s first female Olympic hurdler. Although she did not advance to the semifinals in Paris, her participation was historic. Earlier this year, she won gold and set a national record in the 60m hurdles at the Asian Indoor Athletics Championships in Tehran.
