Chief secy Goel involved in Aldona land scam: Cong

Goa’s chief secretary Puneet Goel is under scrutiny for buying a property in Aldona for Rs 2.6 crore after it was controversially converted from agricultural to settlement status. The conversion occurred just two months before the purchase. Opposition leaders are demanding his resignation, citing corruption and systematic land grabbing by government officials.
