Lights out: Kolkata on streets with ‘reclaim the night’ campaign

Hundreds gathered across Kolkata on Wednesday to demand justice for a woman doctor murdered at R G Kar hospital last month. Part of the ‘reclaim the night’ campaign, the protests focused on women’s safety issues. Prominent film personalities and lawyers joined in, forming human chains and rallies.
