Born out of rape, son finds mother after 27 years

Almost three decades after a woman was allegedly gang-raped in Shahjahanpur by two brothers when she was just 12, police arrested one of the absconding accused, 48-year-old Mohammed Razi, on Tuesday. He was hiding in Hyderabad.
