US judge wants Elon Musk’s X to face class action over age bias claims in 2022 mass layoffs

A federal judge has ruled that nearly 150 older workers laid off by X (formerly Twitter) in 2022 can sue the company for age discrimination. The lawsuit, led by John Zeman, alleges that the mass layoffs disproportionately impacted employees aged 50 and above.
