Paris Paralympics: Simran Sharma in semis of women’s 200m T12 event

Reigning world champion Simran Sharma has progressed to the semifinals of the women’s 200m T12 event at the Paris Paralympics, clocking 25.41s in her heats. She narrowly missed a medal in the women’s 100m T12 final. Canoe sprinters Prachi Yadav and Yash Kumar have also qualified for their respective semifinals.
