Rajasthan rain: Waterlogging and traffic disruptions

Heavy rainfall in Jaipur resulted in severe waterlogging, causing major traffic disruptions and flooding markets and slums. The India Meteorological Department has issued alerts for more rain in several districts. In Chhattisgarh’s Sukma district, overflowing rivers have isolated villages from main areas, with security personnel providing necessary assistance.
