‘Soft on terrorists … ‘ : BJP slams Omar Abdullah’s remark on Afzal Guru execution

The BJP has sharply criticized JKNC vice president Omar Abdullah for his remarks on Afzal Guru, convicted in the 2001 Parliament attack. BJP leaders accused him of making anti-national comments to win elections. Abdullah clarified that his government had no role in Guru’s execution and would not have approved it if required.
