Delhi court acquits former AAP minister Sandeep Kumar in 2016 rape case

Former Delhi minister Sandeep Kumar, accused of raping a woman in 2016, has been acquitted by a Delhi court. Kumar was suspended from the Aam Aadmi Party after an objectionable video surfaced. The court had framed charges against him in 2022 under multiple sections including the Prevention of Corruption Act.
