Activision, Ubisoft, Roblox and these other gaming companies are the new ‘targets’ of EU

Seven major video-game companies are accused of misleading gamers into spending money within the EU. The European Consumer Organisation and 22 members filed a complaint with the European Commission, alleging that these companies design addictive games to trick consumers, especially children, into making in-game purchases and often deny their rights when using premium in-game currencies.
