Santhy Balachandran turns screenwriter for Kalyani Priyadarshan and Naslen starrer

Santhy Balachandran, recognized for her performances in ‘Jallikkattu’ and ‘Sweet Kaaram Coffee’, is venturing into screenwriting with a new Malayalam film. The yet-to-be-titled film has Kalyani Priyadarshan and Naslen in the lead roles. The project, produced by Dulquer Salmaan, started filming on September 12. Balachandran announced her excitement about this new role via Instagram. “A debut that has been several years in the making — my first official screenwriting credit for a feature film,” she wrote.
