3 killed, 3 hurt in blast at chemical plant in Maharashtra’s Raigad district

In Raigad’s Dhatav MIDC, a blast at Sadhana Nitrochem killed three and injured three others. The explosion, likely triggered by welding sparks igniting a methanol tank, caused structural damage. Victims were from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Roha police have charged the contractor with culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
