Sean ‘Diddy’ combs challenges $100M default judgment in sexual assault lawsuit

​The default judgment was issued on Monday, September 9, after Combs, 54, failed to attend a virtual court hearing in Lenawee County Circuit Court. Cardello-Smith, who is currently serving time for kidnapping and sexual assault, claims that Combs sexually assaulted him in 1997. Judge Anna Marie Anzalone ruled in Cardello-Smith’s favor, awarding him the $100 million judgment.
