Biden to host fourth quad summit with PM Modi: White House

President Joe Biden is set to host the fourth in-person Quad Leaders Summit in Wilmington, Delaware, on September 21. He will be joined by Prime Ministers Narendra Modi of India, Anthony Albanese of Australia, and Fumio Kishida of Japan.
